I am dhiraj magar I am book mahadev travels 03 oct 2026 time 8.30 pick up time but bus 2.18 minutes let I am calling 3 time redbus support ticket cancel and payment refund process the case id reference 34225749 Bus driver Suresh Rathore I am first 2 time call bus how much I am waiting drivers 2 time said 30 minutes Wait actually bus driver pick call 10.48 minutes call me I am sending screenshot and call recording bus already late 2.18 hours I am attached all recording bus driver call and redbus contact team Bus driver name Suresh Rathore this number [protected] complaint I am waiting 48 hours only plz solve the problem Plz call me - [protected]
