Complaint Details

I purchased a Realme mobile phone whose model is P4 and its price is Rs 20000. I have complained many times to the customer care that there is a problem with my mobile. But I was not given any solution, now I am facing more problems in my mobile and my mobile was still in the guarantee period, since then the company people are cheating me. Please refund my money or give me a new phone, I have all the proofs.
