RBL BANK CREDIT CARD की ओर से एक कॉल आया था जिसमें एक किट देने की बात कर रहा था और कुछ डिस्काउंट वगैरह देने की भी बात कर रहा था। उसने बताया कि रुपए 8499 होल्ड पर रहेगा। और उसने ओटीपी मांगा। मैंने ओटीपी बता दिया और यह अमाउंट मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड से काट लिया गया है। अभी तक ना तो मेरे पास कोई किट आया है और ना ही मेरा रुपए 8499 रिफंड आया है । मैंने आरबीएल क्रेडिट कार्ड का ऑफिशियल नंबर [protected] से संपर्क किया तो उसने बताया कि आपके साथ फ्रॉड हुआ है और इस पोर्टल पर कंप्लेंट करने के लिए बोला था ।
