Complaint Details
I ordered the Scoops Vanilla 700 ml combo from Ratnadeep on 08/09/2026. This combo was offered as buy 1 get 1, but the store sent only 1 pack instead of 2. When I contacted the store and asked for the second pack as per the offer, they denied giving it to me. I request that Ratnadeep either deliver the missing second pack as promised under the buy 1 get 1 offer, or refund me the amount charged for the missing pack.
