I had taken cctv in Julu 2026 from RAMADUTA TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD. agency and they had installed, but since installation every time camera issue is coming. After frequent calling either they are not visiting/repairing and now telling that we will not send person for repair, you can do complaint wherever you want. It is giving physical an dmental harassment. Pls take necessary strict action against them , as camera is still in warranty. Also when we had bought cctv they had told that bill will be with GST. After payment they gave bill without gst , another cheating.
