Complaint Details
I had joined Rakshak Securitas Private Limited as a security guard/employee and paid a security deposit of Rs. 20,000 to the company, for which I have a receipt. After I left the job, I asked the company to give me clearance and refund my deposit amount of Rs. 20,000. However, the company has not given me the clearance nor returned my deposit, and is avoiding my requests. I request that the company be directed to immediately issue my clearance and refund my deposit amount of Rs. 20,000.
