Complaint Details
My PNR number[protected] Khandwa to hawarah on 8 October 2026. As my counter 03 ticket confirm out of 5,have to cancel remaining two waiting list ticket but unable cancel at Khandwa ticket counter due to server issue. As per rule ticket can be cancel before 30 minute of departure I reached at counter 03 hours before departure. Counter helpmen detained cancellation is to server issue. Didn't get my refund till date and time.
