I received my order #pb46396 today, but the product delivered is incorrect. I ordered the AirGuard Pro Magnetic Shockproof Case with 360° Stand & Airbag Protection for iPhone 14 Plus. However, I received a Joyroom case for iPhone 12 Pro, which is not the product I ordered and is incompatible with my phone.
