Complaint Details
I ordered a "Room Volcano Air Freshener Set of 2" from the website Prime Basicss under Order ID: pb56994. However, Today I received a completely wrong and low-value item (a small car scent) instead of what I ordered. There are no valid contact details or customer support options provided on their website to request a refund or return. This is a clear case of online shopping fraud and deficiency of service. I request a full refund of my money or a replacement with the correct item.
