Complaint Details
"the balance amount of Rs.45000/- was transferred for issuance of a new policy 00982663, based on the received duly signed consent letter received from your loan provider for issuance of a new policy" In the above context I want to say that how an Insurance can be issued without the consent of the customer in which name the policy is being issued and the same at the request of loan providing institution. Please share me any such rules of IRDA regarding the above act accepted by you. I will ensure to get the matter to be referred to consumer forum. I have no any loan outstanding with the last loan providing company and I have already informed that I have never given any consent for issuance of any insurance policy. Please reply urgently with IRDA guidelines. Regards Sunil Kumar
