I am Shivnath, working as a Security Guard for the last about 4 months through SAFE KNIGHTS SECURITY SERVICE, deployed at SANATAN TEXTILE LIMITED. I already had a UAN ([protected]) and had given this UAN number to my security agency, SAFE KNIGHTS SECURITY SERVICE, at the time of joining. My employee/ID number is DNHO1503. Despite working for about 4 months, no PF Member ID or service entry related to this employment is showing in my UAN, and no PF contribution for this employment period is reflecting in my PF account. The security agency pays me my salary every month, but no corresponding PF contribution appears to have been deposited. I suspect that SAFE KNIGHTS SECURITY SERVICE has either not enrolled me properly for PF or has not deposited the PF contribution in my name. I want to clarify that my complaint is not against SANATAN TEXTILE LIMITED, which is only the principal company where I work through the security agency; my complaint is specifically against SAFE KNIGHTS SECURITY SERVICE for not complying with PF requirements. I request that my case be investigated to check whether I have been enrolled for PF by the agency, why my PF Member ID/service entry is not linked to my UAN, and whether PF contribution has been deposited in my name for the last about 4 months. If PF contribution has not been deposited as per my entitlement, I request that necessary action be taken against the security agency as per rules, and that the due PF contribution for my eligible period be credited to my PF account. If any PF amount has been deducted from my salary and not deposited, that should also be checked. I request that I be informed about the action taken on my complaint and its outcome.
