pocketly coll harassment

I had taken a loan through the Pocketly app. After the loan repayment became due, the company representatives started calling my father and mother instead of contacting me directly. Because of these calls, my parents are being harassed and disturbed unnecessarily, even though the loan matter is between me and the app. I request that this harassment of my family members be stopped immediately and that the company communicate only with me regarding this loan.
