Complaint Details
On 15/09/2026, I purchased 1 towel and 2 lowers from a clothing shop named Players Collection, located at Talwandi Sector-C, Kota, Rajasthan. The lowers were priced at Rs 700 each and the towel was priced at Rs 250. I paid a total of Rs 1650 to the shop for these items. Later I found that the lower was not of my size. I went back to the shop and requested the owner several times to refund my money for the lower, but he refused to give any refund. I request that the shop be directed to refund my money for the lower that did not fit, as I have been denied a refund despite repeated requests.
