Cooker return issue

Hello Flipkart Support Team, I ordered a Pigeon Special Pressure Cooker through Flipkart Minutes. After receiving the product, I realised that this particular model does not have an induction-compatible base. I need a pressure cooker that can be used on both an induction stove and a gas stove. I contacted customer support to request a return, but I was told that the return is not allowed because it was my personal mistake and that it is against the policy. I understand that there may be a return policy, but when I placed the order, I could not find any clearly mentioned information on the Flipkart Minutes product page stating that this product was non-returnable or that it could not be returned for this reason. If such a restriction applies, please show me where this policy was clearly mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase. I am not trying to misuse the return facility. I realised the issue only after receiving the product, and the cooker does not meet my actual requirement because I specifically need an induction-compatible bottom. Therefore, I kindly request you to please reconsider my return request or provide an exchange for a Pigeon pressure cooker with an induction-compatible base. I am willing to cooperate with the return/exchange process and keep the product, packaging, and accessories in proper condition. Please understand my situation and help me with a suitable resolution.
