vacated the room on [9 aug 2026] and handed over the room/property as required. Despite the passage of almost two months, my security deposit of ₹10,000 has still not been refunded. I have contacted you several times regarding the refund and have waited for a reasonable period, but the amount remains unpaid. I am therefore requesting you to refund my entire ₹10,000 security deposit within on days of receiving this notice.
