Complaint Details
On 23 September 2026, I made a UPI payment of ₹100 using a QR code provided by Spin Crush for making a deposit. The payment was successfully completed, but the QR code was linked to another person's UPI account. I contacted the recipient and requested a refund, but he did not return the money and later stopped responding and blocked me on WhatsApp. I believe the payment was misdirected due to the QR code provided to me. I have the payment receipt, UTR/transaction ID, QR code, screenshots of chats and other evidence. Please investigate the transaction and help recover my ₹100.
