Complaint Details
False Hiring Commitments: During recruitment, ASM Pavan and TL Santosh assured a fixed monthly salary, deliberately concealing any target-based salary conditions. Offer Letter Violation : My signed Offer Letter clearly specifies a Gross Fixed Salary of Rs. 33,991, with only PLI (Rs. 12,000) tied to targets. Base salary is not target-dependent. Illegal Salary Deduction : For October 2026, without prior notice or verification, the business end maliciously marked my 19 working days as LWP (Leave Without Pay) and paid only for 11 days, despite regular field work. Relief Sought : Direct Paytm to immediately release the unpaid 19 days earned salary along with interest, and grant compensation for intentional harassment and financial distress during my father's medical emergency.
