Complaint Details
Last week, I booked a bus ticket from Chennai to Virudhunagar for 01-09-2026, 10:30 PM; however, the confirmed ticket displays a departure time of 8:40 PM, rendering the journey infeasible. I subsequently contacted Paytm customer care. Although the ticket was cancelled, the full refund amount has not yet been credited to my account. This discrepancy appears to be an error on the part of the Paytm application.
