Flight was cancelled by airline 15 days ago still didn’t got the refund

I booked a flight ticket through Paytm with Spicejet. My flight was cancelled on 10th October. It has now been 15 days since the cancellation, and I still have not received my refund for the cancelled flight. I have been waiting for the refund to be processed but there has been no update or resolution from Paytm regarding my money. I request that Paytm process and credit my refund for the cancelled flight at the earliest.
