Complaint Details
I ordered two dresses worth ₹1,099 each through Instagram. The seller asked me to pay ₹999.10 as shipping charges, which I paid. I later decided to cancel the order and requested a refund. However, the seller is refusing to refund my money and is demanding an additional payment of ₹1,998.11 to process the refund. I suspect this may be an online shopping scam. I request you to investigate this matter and help me recover my money. I can provide payment screenshots, chat records, and the seller's Instagram account details as evidence.
