I ordered a ₹1,500 dress from Payal Collection on Instagram. They took ₹5,441 through false refund claims but sent neither the dress nor the refund.

I placed an order for a dress worth ₹1,500 through an Instagram page called "Payal Collection." After placing the order, they informed me that I needed to make additional payments as per the market price and assured me that the extra amount would be refunded later. Based on their assurance, I made two additional payments. However, I neither received the promised refund nor the dress. Instead, they fraudulently collected a total of ₹5,441 from me. This appears to be an online shopping scam, and I request appropriate action to recover my money and prevent others from becoming victims of such fraud.
