I ordered a Co ord set from Oyela and when the Co ord set arrived the first time I received the wrong item later own when I returned it I got the correct item but it was damaged so I asked for a refund and they denied it saying that they don’t provide bank refund for Cod orders so they said that they will give brand credit after the return is proceed the damaged item was taken away from me by the courier service and was delivered back to the brand yet they haven’t given a refund nor a brand credit and it’s been more than a month
