Poor Customer Service, Delayed Delivery & Failure to Arrange Return Pickup

This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. First, my order was delivered after almost 20 days, with no proper tracking information or delivery updates. Despite repeatedly trying to contact your helpline, I received no response. The dress was finally delivered 10 days after my occasion, making it completely useless for the purpose I had ordered it for. Now, even after initiating the return, you are failing to arrange the pickup. This level of customer service is absolutely unprofessional. I want my return pickup to be arranged immediately and a clear confirmation shared with me. If you fail to arrange the pickup and process my refund, I will be forced to escalate this matter by filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Commission and taking legal action against your company. Please treat this as a final warning. I expect an immediate resolution instead of further delays and excuses. I have called them more than 10/12 times today and trying to connect from 2/3 days no one is responding my call & emails and I have messaged them on WhatsApp too
