Orgenza official has delivered product to my address Dakhingaon Wazirganj Gaya 805131 which was different than I have seen on website and used product too and also i communicated with customer care he told me that return will take place,same day I raised return request but later on continuous follow up product has not returned yet and now after continuous follow up today message came from orgenza official that you no return will happen only exchange will happen and for exchange pick up you have to pay 299 is this type of fraud orgenza are doing with their customers please try to resolve and take necessary action against orgenza official
