Complaint Details
I had used an online game called "aa game" and later found that it was fraudulent in nature. I requested a refund for the amount involved, but my refund request was denied. I am not satisfied with this response and consider the handling of my case to be unfair, since I was not given back my money despite raising the issue with the concerned platform. I request that the refund be processed and my money be returned to me at the earliest.
