Fake iphone deliverd

I was looking for a apple device on olx then i see a person who i selling his iphone on decent price and they are saying that device is all orignal so i texted her so they are calling iphone dealer himself so i asked him to give me a best deal so i decided to purchase iphone 16 from them i paid booking amount of 200 rupees first then i booked my order on video call but they give me iphone 15 pro on same price so i agree with her/him before i got the order they say if i does not like the product so i return and get refund back i have proof also then after 2 days on Wednesday 14 i got the order i paid 15800 to delivery agent later i made a video open the box i got 16 pro 1TB fake iphone device locked so tell her to get my refund back because i dont need it she told me that she is rasing a complaint and my refund got back by evening same day but now she is not seeing my text and calls i am fully ignored please help me to get my money back i do bot need this fake device please help
