ola is not refunding the amount 2000

I called Ola on 12th August and requested roadside assistance for my vehicle bearing registration number UP16EN5129, registered mobile number [protected]. Ola asked me to pay Rs. 3000 for the pickup of the vehicle on the same date. I paid the amount on 12th August itself, but Ola did not pick up the vehicle as promised. After this, I made more than 100 calls to Ola to get the pickup done, but each time I was told that their team would coordinate and help soon. Nothing happened. On 25th August, I asked Ola to refund the Rs. 3000 since the service was never provided, but the refund is still pending and Ola has not returned my money. I request that Ola immediately refund the Rs. 3000 paid by me, since the promised roadside assistance service was never delivered.
