My vehicle, purchased from Ola, developed a defect and has been out of service for over a year. When I visited the showroom, the management gave excuses, stating that spare parts and technicians were not available, and the vehicle was never repaired. I have been following up on this issue continuously for the past year, but no solution has been provided. During this entire period, I have continued paying my monthly loan installment of ₹3,000 for all 12 months, even though the vehicle has been unusable. When I explained my situation and asked for assistance, I was told that the company cannot intervene and that I must keep paying the installments regardless of the vehicle's condition. I work as a Flipkart delivery agent, and this vehicle is my sole source of livelihood. Without it, I am unable to go to work or earn an income, and I am now financially unable to continue paying the installments for a vehicle that cannot be used. I request that the defect be repaired without further delay, and that suitable relief be given on the loan installments paid and due during the period the vehicle remained unusable.
