The product they are advertising and selling are different in colours and hem cutting is also different

Significant difference in product appearance and quality compared with the advertised images. The hem/cutting is visibly different, and the finishing does not meet the standard shown in your promotional material. In the Saint Flame sweater, the fabric and print colours are noticeably different from the advertised product. The issue is not simply a minor variation caused by lighting. The differences are clearly visible in the photographs I provided. I understand that handmade products can have minor variations. However, that does not reasonably explain substantial differences in finishing, cutting, colour, and overall appearance. I also find the handling of my complaint disappointing. Instead of addressing the discrepancy directly, the conversation has repeatedly shifted between different explanations for the issues I raised.
