Not refunding my money back after no of complaints

I had purchased a MAC compact powder through Nykaa. Unfortunately, upon receiving the order, I discovered that the product had been delivered in a broken and damaged condition. Since the product was received in an unusable condition, I immediately raised a complaint with Nykaa and requested a replacement or refund. Following my complaint, I initiated the return process as instructed by Nykaa. The damaged product was handed over to the delivery person during the return pickup process. However, despite the product being collected, the return pickup was not properly registered or updated in the Nykaa application. Consequently, the status of my return remained unresolved. I subsequently contacted Nykaa’s customer support team multiple times, explained the entire situation, and requested that the matter be investigated and my refund be processed. Despite repeated communications and considerable time and effort spent following up with their customer service representatives, Nykaa has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution or refund my payment. I find this treatment extremely disappointing and unfair. As a consumer, I fulfilled my responsibility by reporting the damaged product and cooperating with the return procedure. It is unreasonable for me to suffer a financial loss because of a failure in Nykaa’s return collection or internal registration process. The company has failed to provide an appropriate resolution despite being given several opportunities to address the issue. This amounts to a deficiency in service and raises concerns regarding unfair handling of consumer grievances.
