Nykaa failed to pick return for 10+ days & locked my refund. Order NYK-380367144-2157252. Demand immediate refund without pickup

I ordered shoes from Nykaa on 6th September 2026, Order ID: NYK-[protected], and received them on 8th September 2026. Due to quality issues with the product, I raised a return request on 9th September 2026. It has now been 10 days and the product has still not been picked up. The pickup status has shown "Out for Pickup" 9-8times, but each time the pickup was cancelled by Nykaa without anyone actually attempting to collect the item. I have kept the shoes ready in their original packaging throughout this period. I have contacted Nykaa customer care 7-8 times, with each call lasting 30-35 minutes and two time complaints mail , but I have only received assurances with no actual resolution. Nykaa's own policy states that pickup should happen within 48 hours, which has not been followed. Despite this, Nykaa is refusing to process my refund until the pickup is completed, which is keeping my money locked up for 10 days now. I demand an immediate full refund for this order without waiting for the pickup to be completed, since the delay in pickup is entirely due to Nykaa's own failure and not mine.
