महोदय में 18 अक्टूबर 26 को हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती हुआ था और 19 अक्टूबर 26 को हॉस्पिटल से छुट्टी मिल गई थी लेकिन मेरा क्लेम यह कहते हुए निरस्त कर दिया कि हॉस्पिटल डॉक्यूमेंट में ओपीडी लिखा हुआ था जबकि इंश्योरेंस कंपनी दो घंटे हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती होने पर भी क्लेम देने का दावा करती है जबकि में दो दिन तक हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती रहा जिसके सारे डॉक्यूमेंट लैब रिपोर्ट डिस्चार्ज कार्ड मेरे पास है
