PRODUCT OF NIVA BUPA 3.0 REASSURE (BLACK) POLICY TAKEN FOR 5 YEARS AT A TIME PAYING A PREMIUM OF R,6,96.000/- MONTH/YEAR OCT 2025. ADMISSION TO HOSPITAL ON 27/06/26 DISCHARGE ON 28/06/26 CLAIM SUBMITTED ON 02/07/26 GOT REJECTED ON 12/08/26 STATING THAT CLAIM NOT PAYABLE BECAUSE IT'S NOT COVERED FOR FIRST 24 MONTHS OF THE POLICY UNDER STANDARD EXCLUSION CODE EXCL02 REFER CLAUSE 5.1.2 (f) OF THE POLICY. THE DISEASE AS PER DISCHARGE SUMMARY OF THE HOSPITAL IS ACUTE GASTRITIS. THE NIVA BUPA TEAM TOOK NEARLY 40 DAYS TO DECIDE IN A NEGATIVE WAY.
