Niva Bupa has rejected my claim on the grounds that I underwent a minor surgery on my left breast 18 years ago, which was not related to cancer. They have stated that I did not disclose this medical history at the time of purchasing the policy and have therefore rejected my claim on the basis of non-disclosure.
