Nike store Jaipur refuses to replace noisy defective shoes despite emails and videos

I bought Nike shoes from the Nike store at IGF Mall, Bais Godam, Jaipur about 3 months back. The shoes make noise. I went to the store and they told me new shoes create noise, but the noise increased day by day — it is very embarrassing for me. The store people told me to email Nike with photos and videos. I mailed Nike many times and sent videos of the noisy, defective shoes, but they refused to change the shoes.
