Complaint Details
My father ordered a shoe rack from a facebook ad and the product delivered is completely a fraud one. It doesn't match the size and shape and anything that he ordered. It also cost 999 rupees. It was delivered through Ekart. Now I cannot find the ad, order details and anything at all.
