The product having rust and coating of toughen glass is peeled off within 12 days of use

I purchased an LPG stove from Flipkart. Within 12 days of use, the product developed rust and the toughened glass coating started peeling off. I contacted the product's customer service team (New Allied LPG Appliances) regarding this issue, but they denied that there was any problem with the product. I have proof of this, including call recordings of my conversation with their customer service team. Since the product is clearly defective and the company is refusing to acknowledge the issue despite evidence, I request that the product be replaced or a full refund be issued.
