Complaint Details
Yesterday, I ordered dresses through WhatsApp. They asked me to pay ₹499 for the dress, then ₹749 for delivery charges, which I paid through Google Pay. After that, they said the payment failed and asked me to pay ₹1,249 more. I became suspicious and refused to pay. They promised to refund ₹749, but I haven't received it. They also haven't provided a tracking number. I'm worried about losing my money.I'm really worried because this was my hard-earned money. They sent me a QR code for payment through Google Pay and confirmed my dress order, but they haven't provided any tracking details. They keep asking for more money and promising a refund, which makes me suspect it is a scam. Please guide me on how to report this fraud and recover my money. I have the payment screenshots, QR code, and WhatsApp chat as evidence.
