Complaint Details
I purchased a drain cleaning powder from Naaptol, but the product I received does not provide any results at all. The powder appears to be of very poor quality and does not work as shown in the advertisement. The advertisement showed the product as highly effective, but the actual product is completely different and ineffective. I also tried contacting customer care, but I did not receive proper support or a satisfactory response. I request you to look into this issue and provide a refund or suitable resolution. Please also take action regarding the misleading product advertisement.
