Not refunding my money

I would like to register a consumer complaint against Naaptol regarding the non-refund of a returned product. I purchased a product from Naaptol and contacted their customer service executive regarding the return and refund process. I was clearly informed by the executive that if I returned the product, I would receive a refund. Relying on this assurance, I returned the product through the prescribed process. However, after the product was returned, Naaptol has failed to issue my refund. Instead, their representatives have been giving different excuses and delaying the refund without providing a satisfactory resolution. I have fulfilled my obligation by returning the product, and I am entitled to receive the refund as assured by their representative. The continued delay and refusal to process the refund has caused me financial loss, inconvenience, and unnecessary harassment. I therefore request the concerned consumer authority to take up this matter with Naaptol and direct them to: Process my pending refund of ₹ 399 immediately. Provide a proper written explanation for the delay/refusal. Take appropriate action regarding the assurance given by their customer service representative. Provide suitable compensation for the inconvenience and harassment caused, as applicable under consumer protection law. I am ready to provide the order invoice, payment proof, return/shipping details, customer-service communications, and any other relevant evidence.
