I have placed the order no product I have got

I have placed the order on 9 September yet till now my customer have not received the parcel. I have been said on 26 September that u'l get the tracking by Monday or he will refund. But till now my customer have not rcvd any parcel n d person is not rply my call or msg whom I placed the order his name he mentioned as umer. [protected] on this no I have placed the order n [protected] this no I found on instagram he was not rcvng d call 1st aftr lots of attempts he rcvd n said I will tell my person he will resolve d issue aftr tht d person on other no replied me on 2nd October ek parcel mila na Aapko 1 dress which he was talking Abt my 1st order whch I placed on 26 August whch I rcvd aftr seeing that I placed d 2nd order for 2 dress on 9 September it's been 1 month no parcel rcvd no update regarding this n no call is been answered. Please help me
