Complaint Details
I had ordered food from Munna Hotel. While eating, I found a cockroach in the food that was served to me. This is a serious lapse in hygiene and food safety on the part of the hotel, and I consider this an act of cheating as I was served contaminated food without my knowledge. I request that strict action be taken against Munna Hotel for serving unhygienic and contaminated food, and that steps be taken to ensure such incidents do not happen again.
