Complaint Regarding Online Service Fraud

I would like to report a suspected online service fraud. I contacted an agency for Meesho account management and product listing services. The agency promised to complete all product listings before Diwali in exchange for an initial payment of ₹500. They also stated that the remaining payment would be made after Diwali when the proper work started. I trusted their commitment and transferred ₹500. However, despite repeatedly following up for the last 5 days, the agency has not completed the promised work. When I contacted them and requested a refund because they were not providing the service, they spoke rudely and blocked me. I believe I have been cheated by this agency. I have payment proof and communication screenshots available. I request the concerned authorities to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the agency. I also request assistance in recovering my ₹500.
