Refund and replacement not given and no action taken regarding my issue

on 26 October 2025 I have bought a Motorola g86 power mobile offline from a shop in 18000 rupees. After 10 months of usage its motherboard got damaged on its own. So I have given it to the service centre in Jammu because my phone is in 12 months warranty they said me that this model's motherboard is officially out of stock so Motorola company will give me a 15000 coupon on my email to buy a new phone. But the problem is that this coupon works only on their website not elsewhere and all the budget phones like 22000rs 25000rs are out of stock only expensive phones like 30000rs, 48000rs and 54000rs phones are in stock. So to buy a 30000 rupees phone I have to give 15000 rupees from my own pocket. So this is a unfair trade practice from Motorola. I want that they give me same Moto g86 power same colour and same model in the replacement because this is the official rule of national consumer helpline India and according to consumer protection act 1986. I have also sent a e mail on their grievance email which is [protected]@motorola.com and they clearly mentioned on their website that they will send replys within 2 business days but I haven't recieved any reply even after 3 days of sending mail.
