Pick not done from June to toll date

Delivery was done on 29th and the same day I have raise the request for cancel pick up and today's October but still the product is not picked up I have called the customer care multiple times but there is no update from their end I have raised the ticket multiple time but the ticket has been closed without providing an LED resolution I have emailed to the CEO Ravana and many more but there is no update on the same no reply from their end I have filed a complaint on consumer helpline but they have denied stating that I have myself cancel the pick up but I have not received a single call from their end and even though I have called the customer care multiple times to talk to the senior but they have never connected the call Your Grievance has been successfully lodged and your docket number 10283619 To know the status of Grievance visit https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/user/track-complaint.php
