Complaint Details
I ordered a product from an Instagram page believing it was genuine. The seller asked for ₹1,000 advance payment, which I paid through [Payment App Name]. After receiving the money, the seller blocked me, did not deliver the product, and changed/deactivated the profile. I believe this is an online financial scam. Kindly trace the transaction, freeze the beneficiary account, help recover my money, and take necessary legal action.
