The Meesho delivery agent collected my return order but lost my product, and I still haven't received my refund.

I raised a return request on Meesho, and the delivery boy came to collect my product. He took the product, but after that, I received no update or confirmation that the return had been completed. After making several enquiries, I found out that the delivery boy had lost my product. He has now blocked me everywhere, so I am unable to contact him. Meesho's customer support is also not helping me. Every time I contact them, they simply ask me to wait for another two days. I have been waiting, but neither have they resolved my issue nor have I received my refund. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I handed over my product to your delivery executive, and now I am suffering because of his negligence. I want Meesho to take responsibility for this issue and process my refund as soon as possible.
