Pick up for return not taking place and not refunding the money

I placed a return request for a shoe rack on Meesho on 19th October, and the pickup was scheduled for 21st October. However, the product has still not been picked up. I have contacted customer support multiple times, on 26th October, 30th October, 1st November, 3rd November, and again today. Every time, I receive the same response that the pickup will happen the next day or on the next scheduled date. However, no one has actually come to collect the product. I also requested a refund, explaining that if Meesho is unable to arrange the pickup, I want my refund processed. But I am repeatedly told that the refund can only be initiated after the pickup is completed. How am I supposed to get my refund when your team is not even arranging the pickup? This has been extremely frustrating. I have been following up for 13 days, but there has been no actual resolution. I request you to resolve this issue immediately. Either arrange the pickup without further delays or provide an alternative solution and process my refund. I do not want another assurance; I want a concrete resolution.
