Complaint Details
There is an order which I have placed and it shows out of delivery from 29th December and still till today date it is not delivered and it is shown on the and the associated person. Customer service person is not able to connect me to the actual problem person and they are denying that they are not connected with the delivery partners or they are not able to connect me with the delivery boy as well. It’s been 4 to 5 days since the order is out of delivery and I have contact them twice, they have promised me that the order will deliver within 24 hours. But till today it is not delivered and they are even denying to cancel the order as this is shipped.
