Complaint Details
I had raised a return request with MB Zverse on 26 August. Since then, I have not received any reply or support from the company regarding this return. I have not received any update, response, or resolution from the company despite raising the return request. There has been no communication from their side to process the return or refund. I request that the company respond to my return request and process my refund at the earliest.
